2. Important Safety Instructions
- Read all instructions before using the appliance.
- Do not immerse the motor unit in water or other liquids. Clean with a damp cloth only.
- Keep hands and utensils out of the container while processing food to prevent severe injury and/or damage to the mixer.
- Blades are sharp. Handle with care. Always hold the blade assembly by the plastic hub.
- Unplug from outlet when not in use, before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning.
- Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been dropped or damaged in any manner.
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
- Ensure the lid is securely locked in place before operating the mixer.

4. Setup and Assembly
Before first use, wash all parts except the motor unit in warm soapy water, rinse, and dry thoroughly. The chopping bowl and blade assembly are dishwasher safe.
- Place the anti-slip mat on a clean, dry, and stable surface.
- Position the chopping bowl onto the anti-slip mat.
- Carefully place the blade assembly onto the central shaft inside the chopping bowl. Ensure it sits firmly.
- Add your ingredients to the chopping bowl. Do not overfill beyond the maximum fill line.
- Place the lid onto the chopping bowl, aligning it correctly.
- Position the motor unit on top of the lid, ensuring it locks securely into place. The appliance will not operate if the motor unit is not correctly seated.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Chopping/Mixing
- Follow the setup steps in Section 4.
- Plug the appliance into a 220V power outlet.
- Press and hold the control button on top of the motor unit to start chopping.
- Use short pulses for coarse chopping or hold for longer periods for finer results. Do not operate continuously for more than 30 seconds to prevent overheating. Allow a short break between cycles.
- Once desired consistency is achieved, release the button and unplug the appliance.
- Carefully remove the motor unit, then the lid, and finally the blade assembly before emptying the contents.
5.2 Using the Garlic Peeler Attachment
If your model includes the garlic peeler attachment:
- Ensure the chopping bowl is clean and dry.
- Place the garlic peeler attachment onto the central shaft in the bowl.
- Add individual garlic cloves (unpeeled) into the bowl. Do not overfill.
- Place the lid and motor unit as described in Section 4.
- Press and hold the control button for short bursts until the garlic skins are separated from the cloves.
- Unplug, disassemble, and remove the peeled garlic.

6. Cleaning and Maintenance
Proper cleaning ensures the longevity and hygiene of your appliance.
- Always unplug the mixer from the power outlet before cleaning.
- Motor Unit: Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse it in water or rinse it under running water.
- Chopping Bowl, Lid, Blade Assembly, and Garlic Peeler Attachment: These parts are dishwasher safe. Alternatively, wash them in warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry immediately. Handle blades with extreme care.
- For stubborn food residue, soak the parts in warm soapy water before cleaning.
- Store the appliance in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children.
