Display Modes

The docking station supports both Mirror and Extend modes for external displays. The behavior may vary based on your operating system and graphics card.

• Windows OS: For Windows, only systems with NVIDIA & AMD Graphics Cards can display 5 screens simultaneously (including the laptop's display). If using an Intel graphics card, one of the external screens may remain black in Extend Mode.
• Mac OS: Mac OS does not support Extended Mode for multiple external displays. You can only achieve 2 different contents between your laptop and the entire video outputs (all external monitors will mirror each other).

Resolution Guide

The final resolution of HDMI output depends on your host device. For Windows, only NVIDIA & AMD graphics cards can output 4K@60Hz, while Intel graphics cards can output 4K@30Hz. • Limited Ports on Laptop: If your laptop has only two USB-C ports, this docking station provides a comprehensive solution by expanding connectivity.
• Logitech Bluetooth Products: This product is not compatible with Logitech Bluetooth wireless products. Using them together may cause Bluetooth signal interference, leading to cursor delay or flicker.
• M1 Chip Compatibility: For the unstable performance of the latest 2020 Mac processor M1 chip, the video output may fail to display properly in parts of the devices.
• Using Other Converters: We do not recommend using any converter to connect the computer or an external monitor to the dock, as it can affect compatibility and functionality.
