3. Setup

1. Charge the Device: Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the unit and a compatible USB power source. The battery indicator on the display will show charging status. Ensure the device is fully charged before first use.
2. Attach Lead Wires to Pads: Connect the snap buttons on the lead wires to the corresponding snap buttons on the electrode pads.
3. Connect Lead Wires to Unit: Insert the 3.5mm jack of the lead wires into the output ports at the top of the TENS EMS unit. The unit has two output ports, allowing for dual-channel use.
4. Prepare Skin: Clean and dry the skin area where you intend to place the electrode pads. Avoid applying pads to broken or irritated skin.
5. Apply Electrode Pads: Carefully peel the protective film from the adhesive side of the electrode pads. Firmly press the pads onto the desired skin area. Ensure good contact for effective stimulation.

4. Operating Instructions

1. Power On: Press and hold the power button on the side of the unit until the display lights up.
2. Select Mode: Press the 'V' (Mode) button to cycle through the 30 available modes (P1-P30). Modes P1-P17 are TENS modes for pain relief, and P18-P30 are EMS modes for muscle performance.
3. Set Timer: Press the 'T/Lock' button to adjust the treatment time. Options typically range from 10 to 90 minutes.
4. Adjust Intensity: Use the 'Λ' (Up) and 'V' (Down) buttons on the side of the unit to increase or decrease the intensity level (0-30). Start with a low intensity and gradually increase until you feel a comfortable, yet effective, sensation.
5. Lock Screen: To prevent accidental changes during treatment, press and hold the 'T/Lock' button until a lock icon appears on the display. Press and hold again to unlock.
6. Power Off: Press and hold the power button on the side of the unit until the display turns off.

5. Maintenance

• Cleaning Electrode Pads: After each use, gently wipe the adhesive side of the pads with a damp cloth to remove any residue. Allow them to air dry completely before reapplying the protective film.
• Storing Electrode Pads: Store the pads on their protective film in the sealed bags provided to maintain their adhesive quality. Proper storage extends their lifespan for up to 50 uses or more.
• Cleaning the Unit: Wipe the main unit with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the unit in water.
• Storage: Store the device and accessories in the provided storage pouch in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
