Controls and Indicators

Familiarize yourself with the speaker's controls and LED indicators:

• Power Button: Press and hold to power on/off. Short press to change EQ mode.
• Play/Pause Button: Short press to play or pause audio.
• Volume Down Button (-): Short press to decrease volume. Long press for previous track.
• Volume Up Button (+): Short press to increase volume. Long press for next track.

Setup

Charging the Speaker

The speaker is equipped with a 6000mAh lithium-polymer battery. Before first use, fully charge the speaker.

3. The LED battery indicators will illuminate to show the charging status.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off

• To power on: Press and hold the Power button until the speaker powers on.
• To power off: Press and hold the Power button until the speaker powers off.

Bluetooth Pairing

1. Ensure the speaker is powered on and in Bluetooth mode (indicated by a flashing blue LED).
2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, PC), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
3. Select "BOGASING S8 Pro" from the list of found devices.
4. Once connected, the blue LED will stop flashing and remain solid.

Audio Modes (EQ)

The speaker features three distinct audio modes. Short press the Power button to cycle through them:

• 3D Stereo Mode (Blue LED): Provides an immersive, spatial sound experience.
• Vocal Mode (Red LED): Enhances vocal clarity, ideal for podcasts or speech.
• Bass Sound Mode (Green LED): Boosts bass frequencies for a deeper, more powerful low-end.

True Wireless Stereo (TWS) Pairing

To achieve a wider stereo soundstage, you can pair two BOGASING S8 Pro speakers:

1. Ensure both speakers are powered on and not connected to any Bluetooth device.
2. On one speaker (this will be the primary speaker), press and hold the Mode (M) button for 3 seconds. You will hear an audio prompt indicating TWS pairing mode.
3. The primary speaker will automatically search for the secondary speaker.
4. Once paired, you will hear a confirmation sound, and the LED indicators on both speakers will synchronize.
5. Now, connect your device to the primary speaker via Bluetooth as described in the "Bluetooth Pairing" section.

Wired Connections (AUX & TF Card)

The speaker supports audio input via a 3.5mm AUX cable and playback from a TF (MicroSD) card.

• AUX Mode:
  1. Connect one end of the 3.5mm audio cable to the speaker's AUX port.
  2. Connect the other end to your audio source's headphone jack.
  3. The speaker will automatically switch to AUX mode, or you can manually select it by pressing the Mode (M) button.
• TF Card Mode:
  1. Insert a TF card (containing audio files) into the TF card slot.
  2. The speaker will automatically switch to TF card mode and begin playback, or you can manually select it by pressing the Mode (M) button.

Water Resistance

The BOGASING S8 Pro speaker is rated IPX5 water-resistant. This means it can withstand splashes and light rain, making it suitable for outdoor use or in environments where it might encounter water splashes. However, it should not be submerged in water.

Maintenance

  • Restart both the speaker and your device.
• No sound:

  • Ensure the correct input mode (Bluetooth, AUX, TF card) is selected.
  • If using AUX, ensure the cable is fully inserted and functional.
• Sound distortion:
  • Reduce the volume on both the speaker and your device.
  • Try a different audio source or file.
  • Ensure the speaker is not too close to other electronic devices that might cause interference.
• TWS pairing issues:
  • Ensure both speakers are fully charged and not connected to any other Bluetooth device.
  • Repeat the TWS pairing steps carefully.
  • Power cycle both speakers and try again.
