4. Maintenance
4.1 Cleaning
Regularly wipe the screwdriver and bits with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and debris. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as these may damage the finish or internal components.
4.2 Storage
Store the screwdriver and its bits in the provided aluminum alloy case when not in use. This protects the tools from damage and keeps them organized. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
4.3 Battery Care
To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Recharge the screwdriver when the battery indicator shows low power. If storing for an extended period, charge the battery to approximately 50% every 3-6 months.
5. Troubleshooting
- Screwdriver not turning on: Ensure the battery is charged. Check the power/torque selection knob is not in the 'OFF' position.
- Bit slipping: Ensure the correct bit size is used for the screw. Verify the bit is fully inserted into the screwdriver's magnetic holder.
- Insufficient torque: Adjust the torque setting to a higher level if the screwdriver struggles with a screw. For very tight screws, manual force can be applied up to 8 N·m.
- LED light not working: Check if the screwdriver is powered on. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
