5. Assembly

Follow these steps to assemble your vacuum cleaner:

1. Attach the Extension Tube: Insert the top end of the extension tube into the main motor unit until it clicks securely into place.
2. Connect the Floor Brush: Attach the desired floor brush (Jalisco or Multifunction) to the bottom end of the extension tube. Ensure it clicks firmly into position.
3. Install Wall Mount (Optional): If you wish to use the wall mount for storage and charging, select a suitable location near a power outlet. Mark and drill holes, then secure the mount to the wall using the provided screws and anchors.

For handheld use, simply detach the extension tube and floor brush from the main motor unit and attach the desired accessory directly to the motor unit.

6. Charging the Battery

Before first use, fully charge the vacuum cleaner's battery. The battery takes approximately 5 hours to fully charge.

• Connect the power adapter to the charging port on the main motor unit.
• Plug the power adapter into a wall outlet.
• The digital display will indicate the charging status. When fully charged, the display will show 100%.
• For optimal battery life, avoid completely draining the battery before recharging.

7. Operation

7.1 Powering On/Off

• To turn on the vacuum cleaner, press the power button located on the handle.
• To turn off the vacuum cleaner, press the power button again.

7.2 Operating Modes

The Conga Rockstar 880 Advance offers three operating modes to suit different cleaning needs:

• Eco Mode: Provides the longest battery life (up to 100 minutes) with sufficient suction for light cleaning and daily maintenance on hard floors. Ideal for maximizing runtime.
• Daily Mode: Offers a balanced combination of efficiency and suction power for everyday cleaning tasks. Suitable for various surfaces and moderate dirt.
• Turbo Mode: Delivers maximum suction power (30 kPa, 150 aW) for deep cleaning, tackling stubborn dirt, and vacuuming carpets. This mode consumes more battery power.

To switch between modes, press the mode selection button on the digital display. The current mode will be indicated on the display.

7.3 Using Accessories

8.1 Emptying the Dust Bin

Empty the dust bin after each use or when the MAX fill line is reached.

1. Ensure the vacuum cleaner is turned off.
2. Press the dust bin release button and remove the dust bin from the main unit.
3. Open the dust bin lid and empty the contents into a waste bin.
4. Close the lid and reattach the dust bin to the main unit until it clicks.

8.2 Cleaning Filters

Clean the filters regularly to maintain suction power. It is recommended to clean them monthly, or more frequently with heavy use.

1. Remove the dust bin as described above.
2. Twist and pull out the filter assembly from the dust bin.
3. Separate the foam filter and the HEPA filter.
4. Tap the filters gently to remove loose dust. For a deeper clean, rinse them under cold running water.
5. Allow filters to air dry completely for at least 24 hours before reassembling and placing them back into the vacuum cleaner. Do not use a dryer or direct heat.

8.3 Cleaning Brushes

Periodically check the brush rollers for tangled hair or debris.

1. Ensure the vacuum cleaner is off and disconnected from the extension tube.
2. Locate the brush release tab on the side of the floor brush head.
3. Remove the brush roller.
4. Use scissors or a brush cleaning tool to cut and remove any tangled hair or fibers.
5. Reinsert the brush roller until it clicks into place.
