4. Setup

1. Power On: Long press the device's button for 5 seconds until you hear a sound, indicating it is powered on.
2. Download App: Download and open the 'Findthing' application from your device's app store (iOS App Store or Google Play Store).
3. Add Device: In the 'Findthing' app, tap the '+' icon to add a new device.
4. Select Category: Choose a category for your item (e.g., Keys, Wallet, Backpack) and tap 'Done'.
5. Finish Setup: The device is now paired. You can tap 'Call' in the app to make your key finder ring.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 One-Touch Find

To locate a misplaced item, open the 'Findthing' app on your smartphone. Select the corresponding key finder from your list of devices and tap the 'CALL' button. The key finder will emit a loud sound, helping you pinpoint its location.

5.2 Location Tracking

The app displays the last known location of your key finder on a map, which is updated whenever the device is within Bluetooth range of your phone. This feature is useful for retracing your steps if you've left an item behind.

6. Battery Replacement (Maintenance)

4. Close the casing securely.
