6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the keyboard surface. For deeper cleaning, use a keycap puller to remove keycaps and clean dust or debris with compressed air.
- Keycap and Switch Care: The double-shot keycaps are designed for durability and resistance to wear. The red switches are hot-swappable, allowing for easy replacement if needed (compatible with Outemu-style switches).
- Storage: Store the keyboard in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
7. Troubleshooting
- Keyboard Not Responding: Ensure the USB Type-C cable is securely connected to both the keyboard and the computer. Try plugging the cable into a different USB port.
- Keys Not Registering / Multiple Keypresses: This can sometimes be caused by a faulty switch or LED. If you experience this, ensure no debris is under the keycap. If the issue persists, and you are comfortable, you may inspect for dead LEDs as mentioned in some user feedback, or consider replacing the affected switch if it is hot-swappable.
- Backlight Not Working: Check if the backlight is turned off or set to minimum brightness using the FN key combinations (FN + ↑/↓).
- Intermittent Connection: Ensure the cable is not damaged. Try using a different USB Type-C cable if available.
