3. Setup and Assembly
Your Oryxearth Mini Bike comes 90% pre-assembled. Only minimal assembly is required before first use.
3.1 Required Assembly Steps
- Handlebar Clamp: Attach and secure the handlebar using the provided clamp and bolts. Ensure it is centered and tightened securely.
- Front Tire: Install the front tire onto the fork. Ensure all fasteners are properly tightened.
3.2 Initial Fluid Checks
- Engine Oil: Before starting, add 10W-30 or higher engine oil to the engine. Refer to the engine's dipstick for the correct fill level. Ensure the bike is on a level surface.
- Fuel: Fill the fuel tank with gasoline having an octane rating of 87 or higher. Do not use ethanol-blended fuels as they can cause carburetor problems.
4. Operating Instructions
Follow these steps for safe and effective operation of your mini bike.
4.1 Pre-Ride Checklist
- Check tire pressure.
- Verify brake functionality.
- Ensure all nuts and bolts are tight.
- Check fuel and oil levels.
- Confirm throttle operates smoothly and returns to idle.

4.2 Starting the Engine
