Setup and Installation
Before installation, ensure your door meets the following specifications: door thickness 1-3/8" to 2-1/2", latch length 2-3/8" (60mm) or 2-3/4" (70mm), and a 2.13-inch bore hole.

Installation Steps
- Prepare the Door: Ensure the door is properly drilled according to the provided template.
- Install the Latch: Retract the lock tongue into a back state and insert the latch into the door edge. Secure it with screws.
- Install the Exterior Assembly: Ensure the lock cylinder is horizontal. Pass the wires and spindle through the bore hole.
- Install the Mounting Plate: Secure the mounting plate to the interior side of the door, aligning it with the exterior assembly.
- Connect Wires: Connect the wire from the exterior assembly to the interior assembly.
- Adjust Rear Lock Knob: For a right door, keep the rear lock knob horizontal. For a left door, keep it vertical.
- Install the Interior Assembly: Attach the interior assembly to the mounting plate, ensuring the spindle engages correctly. Secure with screws.
- Insert Batteries: Open the battery cover and insert four AAA alkaline batteries (not included).
- Test Functionality: Test the lock with the default code and manual key.

Unlocking Methods
Fingerprint Unlocking
Place a registered finger on the fingerprint sensor. The lock will unlock if the fingerprint is recognized.
Keypad Code Unlocking
Enter your 4-10 digit user code followed by the '#' key.
Manual Key Unlocking
Use the provided physical key to unlock the deadbolt in case of battery failure or emergency.

Locking Methods
Auto-Lock
The lock will automatically engage after the set delay (default or customized).
One-Touch Locking
Press and hold the '#' key for 3 seconds to manually lock the door.
Special Functions
Code Protect (Anti-Peeping)
Enter random digits before or after your actual code to prevent others from guessing your passcode. Example: [Random Digits] + [Your Code] + [Random Digits] + #.
Silent Mode
To enable/disable silent mode, refer to the programming instructions to mute the lock's sound.
Visitor Mode
When activated, the lock remains unlocked, allowing free entry and exit. This mode can be set via programming.
Private Mode
When Private Mode is turned on, all regular user passwords will be temporarily invalid. Only the master code or physical key can unlock the door.

Maintenance
Battery Replacement
The lock requires four AAA alkaline batteries. When the battery level is low, the lock will indicate with a warning. Replace all four batteries simultaneously.
Emergency Power Supply
In case of complete battery depletion, connect a power bank to the emergency Type-C port on the exterior unit to temporarily power the lock for entry.
