2. Setup

2.1 Initial Charging of the Power Bank

Your power bank is approximately 70% charged at the factory. However, rechargeable lithium-ion batteries discharge over time. It is highly recommended to fully charge the power bank before its first use to ensure optimal performance.

  1. Connect the included USB Type-C to USB-A cable to the USB Type-C charging port on the power bank.
  2. Connect the USB-A end of the cable to a compatible AC adapter (10W or more recommended for fastest charging, not included).
  3. The LED indicators on the power bank will illuminate to show the charging progress. All four LEDs will be solid white when fully charged.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Wireless Charging (MagSafe Compatible)

This power bank supports 5W wireless charging for MagSafe-compatible iPhones (iPhone 12 and iPhone 13 series as of June 2022). The magnetic attachment ensures proper coil alignment for efficient charging.

  1. Align the power bank with the back of your MagSafe-compatible iPhone. The magnets will snap it into place.
  2. Wireless charging will begin automatically. You can continue to use your iPhone while it charges.
  3. It is possible to charge with a MagSafe-compatible case attached, provided the case thickness is 3mm or less. Note that charging may not be possible depending on specific case specifications or conditions.

3.2 Wired Charging (USB Type-C)

The power bank is equipped with one USB Type-C port, capable of delivering up to 12W output for charging smartphones and tablets.

  • Connect your device's USB Type-C charging cable to the USB Type-C output port on the power bank.
  • Charging will commence automatically.

3.3 Simultaneous Charging

The power bank supports 'simultaneous charging,' allowing you to charge both your iPhone and the power bank itself at the same time. Simply connect the power bank to an AC adapter while it is wirelessly charging your iPhone.

Important Note: When using the USB Type-C port and wireless charging simultaneously, output from the USB Type-C port is prioritized, and wireless output will temporarily stop.

3.4 Battery Level Indicator

The remaining battery charge can be checked via the four-stage LED lamp indicators on the power bank:

  • 4 LEDs solid: 75% - 100% charge
  • 3 LEDs solid: 50% - 75% charge
  • 2 LEDs solid: 25% - 50% charge
  • 1 LED solid: Below 25% charge

3.5 Charging Capacity Examples

With a 5000mAh battery capacity, this power bank can provide approximately:

  • Approximately 1.6 charges for an 1800mAh smartphone.
  • Approximately 0.9 charges for a 3000mAh smartphone.

*These are approximate figures when charging a powered-off smartphone with a fully charged power bank. Actual charging times and number of charges may vary if the device is powered on or in use during charging, or when using wireless output.

5. Troubleshooting

5.1 Common Issues and Solutions

  • Power Bank Not Charging:
Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the power bank and the AC adapter. Verify that the AC adapter is functioning correctly and provides at least 10W output.
  • Device Not Charging (Wired):
Check if the USB Type-C cable is properly connected to both the power bank and your device. Try using a different cable to rule out cable issues.
  • Device Not Charging (Wireless):
Ensure your iPhone is MagSafe-compatible (iPhone 12/13 series). Verify that the power bank is correctly aligned with the iPhone's back. Remove any non-MagSafe compatible cases or cases thicker than 3mm. The wireless charging feature includes foreign object detection; ensure no metal objects are between the power bank and your device.
  • Magnetic Interference:
This product uses magnets. Do not bring magnetic cards (e.g., credit cards, cash cards) close to the power bank, as this may cause damage or data loss to the cards.
