1. Introduction

2. Safety Instructions

3. Assembly and Setup

3.1 Unpacking

Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Inspect for any damage during transit. Retain packaging materials for future transport or storage.

3.2 Placement

Place the massage chair on a flat, stable surface. Ensure adequate space around the chair for reclining and operation. The Anti-Pinch Safety System allows for placement closer to a wall, as it uses a pivot-base system for recline. Refer to the dimensions below for space planning.

3.3 Power Connection

Connect the power cord to the chair's power inlet, then plug it into a grounded electrical outlet. Ensure the voltage matches the chair's requirements.

4.1 Powering On/Off

Locate the power button, typically on the side panel or remote control. Press once to power on, and press again to power off.

4.2 Auto Body Scanning

Upon startup, the chair performs an automatic full-body scan to detect your body shape and adjust the massage rollers for optimal coverage and intensity. This ensures a customized massage experience.

4.3 Massage Programs and Techniques

The chair features 18 automatic massage programs and 6 distinct massage techniques. Use the remote control or jog dial to select your desired program or technique.

4.4 3D Smart Movement and Speed Adjustment

The 3D rollers with silicon heads provide a deep tissue massage. Adjust the 3D intensity and choose from 5 massage speed levels using the controls.

4.5 Airbag Massage

The chair is equipped with 36 full-body airbags distributed throughout the chair to provide compression massage. There are 5 levels of airbag intensity. Airbag massage helps enhance blood circulation and relieve muscle tension.

4.6 Heat Therapy

Activate the heat therapy function for the waist and calf areas to soothe muscles and enhance relaxation.

4.7 Zero Gravity Function

The chair supports a Zero Gravity recline position, which elevates your legs above your heart, reducing pressure on the spine and enhancing the massage experience. The chair features a 2nd Gear Gravity setting for varied recline angles.

4.8 Intelligent Voice Control

Control various functions of the massage chair using voice commands. Refer to the quick start guide for a list of available commands.

4.9 Bluetooth Audio and USB Charging

Connect your device via Bluetooth to enjoy audio through the ear-wrap stereo sound system. A USB port is available for convenient charging of your mobile devices.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning

• Always unplug the chair before cleaning.
• Wipe the faux leather material with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• For microfiber wear areas, follow specific cleaning instructions for microfiber fabrics.
• Ensure no liquid enters the internal components.

5.2 Storage

When not in use for extended periods, store the chair in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Cover the chair to protect it from dust.

6. Troubleshooting

• Chair does not power on: Check if the power cord is securely plugged into both the chair and the electrical outlet. Ensure the outlet is functional.
• Massage rollers are not moving: Verify that a massage program is selected. Ensure no objects are obstructing the roller path.
• Airbags are not inflating: Check airbag intensity settings. Ensure no punctures or blockages in the airbag system.
• Unusual noises during operation: Discontinue use and contact customer support.
• Remote control not responding: Check batteries in the remote control. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the chair's receiver.
