3. Setup

3.1. Initial Charge of the Power Bank

  1. Before first use, fully charge your iWALK LinkPod Y2.
  2. Connect the provided USB-C to USB-C cable to the USB-C port on the power bank.
  3. Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to a compatible USB wall adapter (not included).
  4. The LED digital display will show the charging progress. The power bank is fully charged when the display shows "100".

It is recommended to fully charge the power bank every 3 months if not in regular use to maintain battery health.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1. Charging Your Device

  1. Ensure the iWALK LinkPod Y2 has sufficient charge.
  2. Pull out the built-in Lightning cable from its slot.
  3. Connect the Lightning connector directly into your iPhone's charging port.
  4. The power bank will automatically begin charging your device. The LED display will show the remaining power bank battery percentage.
  5. To stop charging, simply disconnect the cable from your device.

4.2. Using the USB-C Port for Charging

The USB-C port on the iWALK LinkPod Y2 can also be used for charging devices that support USB-C input, such as some iPads or other compatible gadgets. Use a suitable USB-C to USB-C cable (included) to connect your device to the power bank.

4.3. Low Current Mode

For charging low-power devices such as Bluetooth earbuds, smartwatches, or fitness trackers, the iWALK LinkPod Y2 features a low current mode. To activate this mode, long-press the power button. This ensures safe and optimized charging for devices that require less power.

5. Maintenance

  • Keep the power bank away from water, moisture, and extreme temperatures.
  • Avoid dropping or subjecting the device to strong impacts.
  • Clean the device with a dry, soft cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
  • Store the power bank in a cool, dry place when not in use.
  • Recharge the power bank at least once every three months to prevent battery degradation.

6. Troubleshooting

  • Device not charging:
    • Ensure the power bank is sufficiently charged.
    • Check if the cable is securely connected to both the power bank and your device.

    • Press the power button once to activate charging.
  • Power bank not charging / LED display not lighting up during charge:
    • Ensure the USB-C cable is properly connected to the power bank and the wall adapter.

  • Slow charging:

  • Overheating:
