Folding and Storage:

The TM-216 features a 90-degree foldable design for space-saving storage. This allows the treadmill to be stored against a wall or under a bed when not in use.

Operating Instructions

Powering On and Off:

  1. Connect the treadmill to a 230V AC power source.
  2. Ensure the safety key is in place on the console.
  3. Press the 'START' button on the console or remote control to begin your workout.
  4. To stop, press the 'STOP' button or pull the safety key.

Console Display and Controls:

The 4-inch LCD screen displays key workout metrics. Controls are located on the console and via a remote.

  • Time: Displays elapsed workout time.
  • Speed: Shows current speed (1-16 km/hr). Adjust using 'SPEED+' and 'SPEED-' buttons.
  • Distance: Tracks the distance covered during your workout.
  • Calorie: Estimates calories burned.
  • Pulse: Displays heart rate when hands are placed on the pulse sensors.
  • Fat Measure: Provides an estimate of body fat percentage (refer to the full manual for instructions on this feature).
  • Programs (P1-P12): Select from 12 pre-set workout programs for varied exercise routines.
  • Manual Incline: The treadmill features 3 levels of manual incline adjustment. Adjust before starting your workout.

Bluetooth Connectivity and Spax APP:

Connect your mobile device to the treadmill via Bluetooth to use the Spax APP for tracking exercise data and accessing additional features.

  • Download the Spax APP from your mobile device's app store.
  • Enable Bluetooth on your mobile device and the treadmill.
  • Pair your device with the treadmill through the Spax APP.

Bluetooth Speaker Connectivity:

The treadmill includes built-in Bluetooth speakers. Pair your mobile device to the treadmill's speakers to enjoy music during your workout.

Maintenance
