3. Setup Instructions
3.1 Battery Installation
- Main Unit: Open the battery compartment on the back. Insert 2 x AAA batteries (not included) according to the polarity markings (+/-). Close the compartment.
- Wireless Remote Sensor: Open the battery compartment. Insert 2 x AA batteries (not included) according to the polarity markings (+/-). Close the compartment.
Note: New alkaline batteries can power the unit for 4 to 6 months depending on quality.
3.2 Sensor Placement
Place the wireless remote sensor in a location that provides accurate outdoor temperature and humidity readings. Avoid direct sunlight, rain, or extreme weather conditions. Ensure it is within range of the main unit (typically up to 100 meters in open air).

The main unit wirelessly connects to the remote sensor for outdoor data.
3.3 Synchronization
After installing batteries in both units, the main unit will automatically search for the remote sensor. The outdoor temperature and humidity should appear on the display within a few minutes. If not, press and hold the 'CH' button on the main unit to initiate a manual search.
3.4 Initial Settings (Time, Date, Units)
Refer to the detailed instructions in the manual for setting the time, date, and preferred temperature unit (°C or °F). Typically, a 'SET' or 'MODE' button is used to enter settings mode, and '+' or '-' buttons adjust values.
3.5 Mounting Options
The main unit can be placed on a desktop using its integrated stand or mounted on a wall using the hanging hole on the back.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Display Overview
The 4.5-inch LCD display shows the following information:

- Temperature Trend Indicator
- Weather Forecast Icons (Sunny, Partly Cloudy, Cloudy, Rainy, Snowy)

- Alarm Status

The weather station provides a 12-24 hour weather forecast.
4.2 Backlight Function
Tap the top button on the main unit to activate the backlight. The backlight will automatically turn off after 120 seconds to conserve battery power.

The LCD screen features a backlight for improved visibility in low light conditions.
4.3 Alarm Clock and Snooze
To set the alarm, follow the instructions in the full manual. When the alarm sounds, tap the top button to activate the snooze function, which provides an extra 5 minutes of sleep before the alarm sounds again.

4.4 MAX/MIN Records
The unit automatically records the maximum and minimum indoor/outdoor temperatures and humidity levels over a 24-hour period. Press the 'MAX/MIN' button to view these records.

Press the '°C/°F' button to switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit temperature displays.
