4. Setup and Assembly

Assembly Steps:

1. Unboxing and Part Identification: Carefully unbox all components and lay them out. Identify each part using the provided labels (A, B, C, etc.) and the parts list in the manual. The packaging includes foam and reinforced metal corners to protect components during shipping.
2. Assembling the Base: Connect the base panels (C and D) using the specified screws (Qx4, Px4). Ensure they are aligned correctly before tightening.
3. Attaching Side Panels: Attach the side panels (A and B) to the assembled base. Use the designated screws (Ox4) to secure them firmly.
4. Installing Support Beams: Insert the horizontal support beams (J and M) into their respective slots at the top and middle sections of the cabinet. Secure them with screws (Qx4, Ox4).
5. Adding Back Panels: Slide the back panels (G and H) into the grooves on the side and support beams. Secure them with screws (Ox7, Ox4).
6. Attaching Adjustable Shelf Brackets: Install the shelf brackets (Kx2) on the interior sides of the cabinet using the provided screws (Qx14, Ox14). These brackets allow for height adjustment of the shelves.
7. Installing Adjustable Feet: Screw the adjustable feet (Xx4) into the designated holes at the bottom corners of the cabinet. Adjust them to ensure the cabinet is level.
8. Placing Shelves: Insert the adjustable shelves (Lx2) onto the shelf brackets at your desired height. Ensure they are stable.
9. Attaching Doors: Attach the cabinet doors (Ex2, Fx2) to the main frame. Ensure the hinges are properly aligned for smooth opening and closing. The doors feature magnetic closures for easy closing.
10. Installing Door Handles and Locks: Attach the door handles (Vx4) using the provided screws (Wx8). The cabinet comes with a three-point lock system for security. Insert the lock mechanism and test its functionality.

5. Operating Instructions

Opening and Closing Doors:

To open a door, turn the key in the lock and pull the handle. To close, push the door firmly until the magnetic closure engages. For security, turn the key to lock the door.

Adjusting Shelves:

The cabinet features adjustable shelves. To adjust a shelf, remove all items from the shelf. Lift the shelf slightly and slide it out. Reinsert the shelf into the desired slots on the shelf brackets, ensuring it is level and securely seated.
