3. Components Overview
Familiarize yourself with the main components of your espresso machine:

- Beans Hopper: Stores whole coffee beans.
- Water Tank: Holds water for brewing and cleaning.

4. Setup
4.1 Initial Placement
Place the machine on a stable, level surface. Ensure adequate clearance around the machine for ventilation and access to components.
4.2 Filling the Water Tank
Remove the water tank from the side of the machine. Fill it with fresh, cold water up to the MAX level indicator. Reinsert the tank securely.
4.3 Filling the Beans Hopper
Open the beans hopper cover located on top of the machine. Pour whole coffee beans into the hopper. Close the cover securely.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Powering On
Press the power button located on the top right of the machine. The touchscreen will illuminate, indicating the machine is starting up.
5.2 Selecting a Drink
On the 7-inch HD touchscreen, browse through the available drink options. Tap on your desired beverage (e.g., Espresso, Cappuccino, Latte Macchiato) to select it.

5.3 Adjusting Grind Size
The machine offers 9 grind size options. Adjust the grind setting according to your preference for coffee strength and flavor. Finer grinds typically result in stronger coffee.
5.4 Milk Frothing (LatteGo System)
For milk-based drinks, connect the milk tube to an external milk container. The LatteGo system will automatically froth the milk to your desired consistency. Ensure the milk container is clean and filled with fresh milk.
5.5 Customizing Your Drink
After selecting a drink, you can often customize parameters such as coffee volume, brew strength, and temperature via the touchscreen. Confirm your selections to start brewing.

6. Maintenance
6.1 Auto Cleaning System
The F11 Big Plus features an automatic cleaning system. Regularly perform the milk system flushing, especially after preparing milk-based beverages, to prevent blockages and maintain hygiene. Follow the on-screen prompts for cleaning cycles.
6.2 Drip Tray and Grounds Container
Empty and clean the drip tray and coffee grounds container regularly. These components are easily removable for washing.
