Product Components

Before setup, ensure all components are present and undamaged:

Setup

1. Unpack and Assemble: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
2. Install Food Bowls: Place the two stainless steel bowls into their respective holders. If feeding two pets, attach the 2-way splitter to the feeder's dispensing outlet. If feeding one pet, the splitter can be removed.
3. Insert Desiccant Bag: Open the lid of the main feeder unit. Locate the desiccant bag compartment and insert the provided desiccant bag to maintain food freshness.
4. Power Supply: Connect the power adapter to the feeder and a wall outlet. For backup power, install 4 D-size alkaline batteries (not included) in the battery compartment at the bottom of the unit. This ensures continuous feeding during power outages.
5. Fill Food Hopper: Pour dry kibble into the 4L food hopper. Ensure the kibble size is between 2-15mm to prevent jamming. Close the lid securely.

Operating Instructions

Flexible Meal Scheduling

The feeder can be programmed for up to 6 meals per day. Each meal can be customized from 1 to 48 portions, with each portion being approximately 0.28 oz (5g). This allows for precise control over your pet's diet and helps establish healthy eating habits. Refer to the control panel on top of the unit for programming options.

Voice Recorder

Record a 10-second personalized voice message to call your pet at each feeding time. This feature can provide comfort and familiarity for your pet. The voice recording can also be disabled if preferred.

Manual Feeding Function

A manual feeding button is available on the control panel to dispense one portion of food immediately, allowing for extra treats or immediate feeding as needed.

Feeding Multiple Pets

The included 2-way splitter allows the feeder to dispense food into two separate bowls simultaneously, making it ideal for households with multiple cats or small dogs. The splitter ensures an equal distribution of food between the two bowls.

Maintenance

Cleaning

The food hopper and stainless steel bowls are easily detachable and dishwasher-safe, ensuring hygienic feeding for your pets. Regular cleaning is recommended to prevent bacterial growth and maintain the feeder's performance.

Anti-Clog Design

The feeder incorporates an advanced automatic reversal mechanism to prevent food jams. A built-in infrared sensor detects when the food bowl is full, preventing overfilling. A blue light indicator will flash to remind you when the food level is low and requires refilling.

Desiccant Bag Replacement

The desiccant bag should be replaced every 15 days to ensure optimal food freshness. New desiccant bags can be purchased separately.

Troubleshooting

• Feeder not dispensing food:
  • Check if the power adapter is securely connected and if backup batteries are installed and charged.
  • Ensure the food hopper is not empty.
  • Verify that the kibble size is within the recommended range (2-15mm) to prevent jams.
  • Check for any obstructions in the dispensing mechanism or chute.
• Food jams frequently:
  • Confirm kibble size is appropriate.
  • Clean the dispensing mechanism and chute regularly to remove any buildup.
• Voice recording not playing:
  • Ensure the voice recording function is enabled in the settings.
  • Re-record your message to ensure it was saved correctly.
• Feeder not turning on:
  • Check the power adapter connection.
  • Ensure batteries are correctly inserted and have sufficient charge.
  • The power button is located underneath the dispensing area, ensure it is pressed.
