Using Preset Modes:
- Add ingredients to the removable pan.
- Press the MENU button to cycle through the available cooking modes (Stir-Fry, Sauce, Soup, Steam, Simmer, Warm, Sear/Sauté, White Rice, Brown Rice, Grains).
- Once the desired mode is selected, the display will show default time and temperature settings.
- Adjust the cooking time using the TIME + and - buttons.
- Adjust the temperature using the TEMP + and - buttons (if applicable for the selected mode).
- Press the START button to begin cooking.
- The skillet will preheat if necessary, then begin the cooking cycle.
- When cooking is complete, the skillet may automatically switch to a "Warm" setting or beep to indicate completion.
Manual Operation (Sear/Sauté):
The Sear/Sauté mode utilizes a powerful cast-in heating element for quick and even heating, eliminating hot and cold spots.

- Select the SEAR/SAUTÉ mode.
- Adjust the desired temperature using the TEMP + and - buttons. The maximum temperature is 450°F.

Using the Warm Function:
