2. Safety Information
- Power Source: Ensure the power supply voltage matches the rating label on the unit.

4. Controls and Features

Front Panel Controls:
- Display Screen: Shows current mode, track number, FM frequency, etc.
- V- / KK (Previous/Volume Down): Press to skip to the previous track/station. Press and hold to decrease volume.
- Play/Pause / I/II/S (Play/Pause/Scan): Press to play or pause audio. In FM mode, press and hold to auto-scan and save stations.
- V+ / KK (Next/Volume Up): Press to skip to the next track/station. Press and hold to increase volume.

5. Setup
5.1 Powering the Unit
The BX200 Boombox can be powered by either AC mains power or D-size batteries.
AC Power Connection:
- Insert the provided mains power cable into the AC power input on the rear of the unit.
- Plug the other end of the cable into a standard wall outlet.
Battery Installation:
- Open the battery compartment cover located on the rear of the unit.
- Insert 4 x 'D' size batteries (not included), ensuring correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the compartment.
- Close the battery compartment cover securely.
Note: If the unit is connected to AC power, it will prioritize AC power over battery power. For portable use, ensure batteries are installed and the AC cable is disconnected. Battery life is approximately 15-35 hours depending on volume settings.

6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Turning On/Off and Mode Selection
- To turn the unit On, press and hold the Power/Mode button.
- To select a mode (CD, FM, Bluetooth, AUX, USB), press the Power/Mode button repeatedly until the desired mode appears on the display.
- To turn the unit Off, press and hold the Power/Mode button.
6.2 CD Playback
- Open the CD compartment cover on the top of the unit.
- Place a CD with the label side facing up onto the spindle.
- Close the CD compartment cover firmly until it clicks.
- Select CD mode using the Power/Mode button. The CD will begin playing automatically after a few seconds.
- Use the Play/Pause button to pause or resume playback.
- Press KK or KK to skip to the previous or next track.
- Repeat Function: Press the Play/Pause button twice during playback to repeat the current track. Press it three times to repeat all tracks.
- Program Function: While in stop mode, press the Play/Pause button to enter program mode. Use KK or KK to select tracks and Play/Pause to confirm.
6.3 FM Radio
- Extend the FM antenna for optimal reception.
- Select FM mode using the Power/Mode button.
- Automatic Scan: Press and hold the Play/Pause/Scan button. The radio will automatically scan for and save available FM stations.
- Manual Tuning: Briefly press KK or KK to fine-tune the frequency.
- Selecting Presets: After an automatic scan, briefly press KK or KK to cycle through saved preset stations.
6.4 Bluetooth Mode
The BX200 supports Bluetooth input for streaming audio from compatible devices.
- Select Bluetooth mode using the Power/Mode button. The display will show 'BT' and flash, indicating it's in pairing mode.
- On your Bluetooth-enabled device (e.g., smartphone, tablet), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
- Select 'BX200' from the list of devices. Once paired, the 'BT' indicator on the boombox display will stop flashing and remain solid.
- You can now play audio from your device through the BX200. Use your device or the boombox controls (Play/Pause, KK, KK, Volume) to control playback.
Note: The BX200 is designed for Bluetooth audio input only. It cannot connect to Bluetooth headphones or other Bluetooth output devices.
6.5 AUX Input
Connect external audio devices using the 3.5mm AUX cable.
- Connect one end of the 3.5mm AUX cable to the AUX input jack on the front of the BX200.
- Connect the other end of the cable to the headphone jack or audio output of your external device.
- Select AUX mode using the Power/Mode button.
- Play audio from your external device. Control playback and volume primarily from the external device.
6.6 USB Playback
Play MP3 audio files directly from a USB flash drive.
- Insert a USB flash drive containing MP3 audio files into the USB port on the front of the unit.
- Select USB mode using the Power/Mode button. Playback should begin automatically.
- Use the Play/Pause button to pause or resume playback.
- Press KK or KK to skip to the previous or next track.
6.7 Headphone Use
For private listening, connect standard 3.5mm headphones to the headphone jack on the front of the unit. The speakers will automatically mute when headphones are connected.

- Cleaning: Disconnect the power before cleaning. Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to wipe the exterior of the unit. Do not use abrasive cleaners, waxes, or solvents.
