4. Peel off any protective film from the mouse pad protective film on the bottom of the mouse before use.

1. Please charge the mouse with the USB cable.
2. Please try to replace the receiver with another USB interface.
3. Make sure the power switch on the bottom of the mouse is "on" or at the correct position.
4. Try to restart the computer.
5. Press the left, middle, and right keys simultaneously when the power is on, and then insert the receiver into the computer. Wait for 5 seconds, and then you should be able to rematch the code successfully.
