3. Setup and Charging

- Insert: Plug the smart jumper cable into the 12V jump cable socket on the jump starter.
- Connect: Connect the red (+) clamp to the positive (+) terminal and the black (-) clamp to the negative (-) terminal of the vehicle's battery.
- Press Boost Button: Press and hold the "BOOST" button on the smart cable for 3 seconds until the indicator light flashes green. This bypasses some safety checks for extremely low voltage batteries.
- Start: Start your vehicle's engine within 30 seconds.
- Remove: Once the engine starts, immediately remove the smart clamps from the vehicle battery terminals, then disconnect the smart cable from the jump starter.
