Operating Instructions

Control Panel Overview:

The control panel features an LCD display and buttons for speed adjustment, program selection, and start/stop functions. Familiarize yourself with the layout before beginning your workout.

Starting and Stopping the Treadmill:

1. Ensure the safety key is properly inserted into the console and clipped to your clothing.
2. Press the START button to begin the workout. The belt will start moving at a low speed.
3. To stop, press the STOP button. For emergency stops, pull the safety key.

Adjusting Speed:

Use the SPEED + and SPEED - buttons on the control panel to increase or decrease the treadmill's speed. The speed range is 0.6 to 7.5 MPH.

Using Pre-set Programs:
