4. Setup

4.1 Charging the Camera

Before first use, fully charge the camera. Connect the camera to a USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, wall adapter, or power bank) using the provided USB cable. The charging indicator light will show the charging status (refer to the camera's LED indicator guide for specific light patterns).

4.2 Powering On/Off

The camera is controlled by a single button. To power on or off, long press the main button until the indicator light changes (refer to the camera's LED indicator guide for specific light patterns).

4.3 Wearing the Camera

The camera features a 360-degree rotatable clip for flexible attachment. You can clip it onto your collar, pocket, or use the included strap to secure it to your arm or other objects.

5. Operating Instructions

The KSADBOSSBO Body Camera is designed for simple one-button operation.

5.1 Starting/Stopping Recording

After powering on the camera, press the main button once to start recording. Press it once again to stop recording and enter standby mode.

5.2 Activating Night Vision

While in standby mode, press the main button twice quickly to activate or deactivate night vision mode. The infrared LEDs will illuminate when night vision is active.

5.3 Loop Recording Function

The camera supports loop recording. When the built-in memory (128GB or 32GB) is nearly full (less than 400MB remaining), the camera will automatically delete the oldest video files to make space for new recordings. This ensures continuous operation without manual intervention.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning

Wipe the camera body with a soft, dry cloth. For the lens, use a specialized lens cleaning cloth to avoid scratches. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

6.2 Storage

Store the camera in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. If storing for an extended period, ensure the battery is partially charged (around 50%) to preserve battery health.

6.3 Battery Care

The camera has a built-in 800mAh rechargeable battery. To maximize battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. You can record videos while the camera is connected to a power source.

• Camera not turning on: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect to a power source and try again. If the issue persists, use the reset pin to press the reset button (usually a small hole on the device).
• Recording issues: Check if the memory is full (though loop recording should prevent this). Ensure the camera is fully charged.
• Poor video quality: Ensure the lens is clean and free from smudges. Record in well-lit conditions if night vision is not active.
