5. Setup
5.1 Initial Charge
Before first use, fully charge your 86lux OK08 LED Reading Lamp.
- Connect the provided USB-C cable to the charging port on the lamp.
- Plug the other end of the USB-C cable into a compatible USB power adapter (not included), computer, or power bank.
- The charging indicator light will illuminate during charging and turn off when fully charged. A full charge typically takes approximately 1-2 hours.

5.2 Attaching to a Book
The lamp features a clip design for easy attachment to books or other surfaces.
- Gently open the clip and attach it to the pages of your book.
- Ensure the clip is securely fastened but not overly tight to avoid damaging pages. The recommended clamping range is 0.06 to 0.17 inches (approximately 10 to 15 pages).
- Adjust the flexible head to direct the light as desired.

6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Power On/Off
- To turn the lamp ON, press the power button once.
- To turn the lamp OFF, press the power button again.
6.2 Adjusting Color Temperature
The 86lux OK08 offers three distinct color temperatures:
- With the lamp on, short press the color temperature button (usually indicated by a light bulb icon) to cycle through the modes: Amber (2700K) → Natural (4000K) → Cold (5000K).
- Select the mode that best suits your comfort and environment.
6.3 Adjusting Brightness (Continuous Dimming)
