3.3 Before First Use

1. Wash all drying racks and the fruit leather tray in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
2. Wipe the interior and exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.

4.1 Preparing Food for Dehydration

• Wash and prepare your food items (e.g., slice fruits and vegetables evenly).
• For best results, ensure food pieces are of uniform thickness to dry evenly.
• Arrange food in a single layer on the drying racks, ensuring there is space for air circulation. Do not overlap food.

4.2 Operating the Dehydrator

1. Place the loaded drying racks into the dehydrator.
2. Close the door securely.
3. Plug the power cord into a standard 220-240V / 50/60Hz electrical outlet.
4. Power On: Press the Power button to turn on the unit. The display will illuminate.
5. Set Temperature: Use the Temperature buttons (usually '+' and '-') to set the desired drying temperature between 35°C and 70°C.
6. Set Time: Use the Timer buttons (usually '+' and '-') to set the desired drying time between 1 and 24 hours.
7. Start Dehydration: Press the Start/Stop button to begin the dehydration process. The fan will start, and the heating element will activate.
8. Monitoring: You can monitor the drying progress through the transparent viewing window.
9. Stopping Operation: To stop the process at any time, press the Start/Stop button.
10. Completion: The dehydrator will automatically shut off once the set time has elapsed. Unplug the unit from the power outlet.

5.1 Cleaning the Dehydrator

5. Do not use abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or steel wool, as these can damage the surfaces.
6. Ensure no water enters the electrical components or the fan area.
