4. Assembly Instructions (Setup)

Follow these steps carefully to assemble your Tribesigns Executive Desk. It is recommended to have two people for assembly.

4.2 Step-by-Step Assembly

1. Unbox and Organize Components:

   Carefully unpack all components and hardware. Lay them out on a clean, soft surface, such as a carpet or blanket, to prevent scratches. Identify each part using the provided parts list.

2. Attach Desktop Support:

   Connect the desktop support bars (Part 7 and 8) using the desktop connector plate (Part 11) and 8x20mm screws (Part C) with washers (Part F). Ensure a secure fit but do not fully tighten screws until instructed.

3. Assemble the Legs:

   Attach the leg frames (Part 1 and 2) to the main frame using 8x40mm screws (Part B) and 8x20mm screws (Part C). Insert the leg bases (Part 9) into the bottom of each leg. Ensure all connections are aligned before tightening.

4. Connect Additional Support:

   Secure the crossbar (Part 3) to the assembled leg structure using 8x70mm screws (Part A) and 8x40mm screws (Part B). This provides additional stability to the desk frame.

5. Assemble the Desktop:

   Carefully place the desktop panels (Parts 4, 5, 6) onto the assembled frame. Ensure the orientation of the boards is correct, with the larger spacing facing outward for proper alignment. Secure the desktop panels to the frame using 6x35mm screws (Part D) and 6x60mm screws (Part E). Note: The desktop is composed of 4 spliced boards. Ensure they are properly aligned and flush. Once all parts are in place, fully tighten all screws.
