Operating Instructions
The Hurom H310A is designed for efficient slow juicing. Follow these guidelines for optimal performance:
Ingredient Preparation:
- Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
- For most ingredients, pre-cutting is not required due to the self-feeding hopper. However, very large or fibrous items may benefit from being cut into smaller pieces (e.g., celery stalks, large carrots).
- Remove hard pits from fruits (e.g., peaches, plums, avocados).
- For citrus fruits, remove the peel.

Juicing Process:
- Ensure the juice spout cap is open if you want the juice to flow directly into the cup.
- Turn the power switch to the "ON" position.
- Slowly feed prepared ingredients into the self-feeding hopper. The juicer will automatically draw them in.
- Do not force ingredients into the chute. Allow the auger to process them at its own pace.
- If ingredients become jammed, turn the switch to "REV" (reverse) for a few seconds to clear the blockage, then switch back to "ON".
- Once juicing is complete, turn the power switch to "OFF" and unplug the unit.

Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your juicer, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Juicer does not turn on. | Not plugged in; power switch off; safety lock not engaged. | Ensure power cord is securely plugged in. Turn power switch to "ON". Check that the chamber and hopper are correctly assembled and locked. |
| Ingredients are not juicing or are jammed. | Too many ingredients at once; hard ingredients; pulp outlet clogged. | Turn to "REV" for a few seconds, then back to "ON". Reduce the amount of ingredients fed at once. Cut very hard or fibrous ingredients into smaller pieces. Clean the pulp outlet if clogged. |
| Excessive pulp in juice. | Strainer or chamber not properly cleaned; very soft/overripe ingredients. | Ensure all parts are thoroughly cleaned, especially the strainer. For very soft fruits, alternate with harder ingredients. |
| Loud noise during operation. | Improper assembly; foreign object; motor issue. | Disassemble and reassemble the juicer, ensuring all parts are correctly aligned. If noise persists, contact customer support. |
