2. Product Overview

The Team Associated Enduro Ecto Trail Truck (ASC40117) is a Ready-to-Run (RTR) remote-controlled vehicle designed for trail crawling. It features a Gatekeeper Suspension (GKS) package with rear trailing arms for improved weight bias and shock tuning, paired with a rear anti-roll bar for stability. The truck includes an adjustable aluminum track bar mount for responsive steering and shock mount inserts for precise suspension tuning.

4. Setup

As a Ready-to-Run (RTR) model, the Enduro Ecto Trail Truck comes largely pre-assembled. However, some initial setup is required before first use.

4.1 Battery Installation

1. Ensure the vehicle's power switch is in the OFF position.
2. Locate the battery compartment, typically secured with body clips or a latch.
3. Connect a fully charged compatible battery (not included) to the vehicle's ESC connector.
4. Secure the battery within the compartment using the provided strap or tray.
5. Reattach the body securely.

4.2 Transmitter Setup

1. Install the required batteries (typically AA, not included) into the transmitter.
2. Turn on the transmitter, then the vehicle. The transmitter and receiver should automatically bind. Refer to the transmitter's specific manual for binding procedures if necessary.
3. Check steering and throttle response. Adjust trim settings on the transmitter to ensure the wheels are straight and the throttle is neutral when controls are centered.
