Setup and Assembly
Follow these steps to assemble your FLEXISPOT E6 Essential Standing Desk. It is recommended to have two people for assembly.
- Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging. Lay them out on a clean, soft surface to prevent scratches.
- Assemble Frame: Attach the lifting columns to the feet, then connect the crossbar. Ensure all screws are tightened securely.
- Attach Desktop: Place the desktop upside down on a soft surface. Position the assembled frame onto the desktop, aligning with the pre-drilled holes. Secure the desktop to the frame using the provided screws.
- Install Control Panel: Mount the control panel to the underside of the desktop in a convenient location.
- Connect Electronics: Connect the motor cables, control panel cable, and power adapter to the control box. Secure cables using the provided cable management accessories.
- Initial Setup: Plug the power adapter into a wall outlet. Perform the initial reset procedure as described in the operating instructions.

Operating Instructions
The E6 Essential desk features an intuitive control panel for easy height adjustments and memory presets.
Control Panel Overview
- Up/Down Arrows: Press and hold to manually adjust the desk height.
- Memory Buttons (1, 2, 3, 4): Store and recall up to four preferred height settings.
- Memory Set Button (M): Used to program height presets.
- LED Display: Shows the current height of the desk in inches.
Adjusting Height
Press the Up or Down arrow buttons to move the desk to your desired height. Release the button to stop the movement.
Setting Memory Presets
- Adjust the desk to your desired height using the Up/Down arrows.
- Press the M button. The LED display will show "S-".
- Within 3 seconds, press one of the memory buttons (1, 2, 3, or 4). The current height will be saved to that button.
Recalling Memory Presets
Press the desired memory button (1, 2, 3, or 4). The desk will automatically move to the saved height.

Maintenance
