Setup
1. Charging the Headset
Before first use, fully charge the headset. Connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the charging port on the headset and the other end to a USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, wall adapter).
- A full charge typically takes approximately 2 hours.
- The LED indicator will show charging status (e.g., red for charging, blue for fully charged).
- A low battery reminder will alert you when the battery is running low.
2. Connecting the Headset
The RIYO BH58 headset offers multiple connection methods:
Bluetooth Connection Mode
- Ensure the headset is charged and powered off.
- Press and hold the Power On/Off button until the LED indicator flashes blue and red, indicating pairing mode.
- On your device (computer, mobile phone, Mac, tablet), enable Bluetooth and search for "RIYO BH58" in the list of available devices.
- Select "RIYO BH58" to connect. The LED indicator will turn solid blue once connected.
- The headset can maintain a stable Bluetooth connection up to 30 meters for calls and 45 meters for music playback.
USB Dongle Connection Mode
This mode is ideal for computers or devices without built-in Bluetooth, offering plug-and-play functionality without requiring driver installation.
- Insert the provided USB dongle into an available USB-A port on your computer or device.
- Power on the RIYO BH58 headset. It will automatically attempt to connect to the USB dongle.
- The LED indicator on the dongle and headset will confirm a successful connection.
- The USB dongle connection provides a stable range of up to 10 meters.
Wired Connection Mode (3.5mm Audio Jack)
For a direct wired connection, use the provided 3.5mm audio jack cable.
- Connect one end of the 3.5mm cable to the audio jack on the headset and the other end to your device's 3.5mm audio port.
- Note: When using the 3.5mm wired connection, the headset's built-in buttons and microphone will not function. Audio input/output will be handled by the connected device's settings.

Troubleshooting
No Power / Cannot Turn On
- Ensure the headset is fully charged. Connect it to a power source and allow it to charge for at least 30 minutes before attempting to power on.
Cannot Pair via Bluetooth
- Ensure the headset is in pairing mode (LED flashing blue and red).
- Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and it is within range (up to 30 meters).
- Delete "RIYO BH58" from your device's Bluetooth list and attempt to pair again.
- Try restarting both the headset and your device.
No Sound / Poor Sound Quality
- Check the volume levels on both the headset and your connected device.
- Ensure the headset is properly connected (Bluetooth, USB Dongle, or 3.5mm cable).
- If using the 3.5mm cable, remember that headset controls and microphone are inactive. Adjust settings on your device.
- Move closer to your connected device to improve signal strength.

Microphone Not Working
- Ensure the microphone is not muted (check the Mic Mute button).
- Verify that the headset is selected as the input device in your computer's or device's sound settings.
- If using the 3.5mm cable, the headset's microphone is not active.
- Adjust the microphone boom closer to your mouth.
