2. Package Contents

3. Setup Instructions

3.1 Power Connection

  1. Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the charger's Type-C input port.
  2. Connect the other end of the USB Type-C cable to a compatible power adapter (not included) that supports QC/PD fast charging protocols and provides 5-12V input. A power source with a maximum of 40W input is recommended.
  3. Ensure the power source is stable and provides sufficient power for optimal charging performance.

3.2 App Installation (Optional)

For advanced control and monitoring, download the "Polying" app from your device's app store. The app allows for detailed settings and firmware updates.

  1. Search for "Polying" in your smartphone's app store.
  2. Download and install the app.
  3. Follow the in-app instructions to connect your ISDT C4 AIR charger wirelessly.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Inserting Batteries

The C4 AIR features 6 slots: 4 horizontal slots for smaller batteries (e.g., AA, AAA) and 2 vertical slots for larger batteries (e.g., 18650, 26700).

  1. Identify the correct slot orientation for your battery size. Horizontal slots accommodate batteries up to 51mm in length, while vertical slots accommodate batteries up to 72mm in length.
  2. Insert the battery into the appropriate slot, ensuring correct polarity (+ and - terminals). The charger will automatically detect the battery type and parameters.
  3. The charger's independent channels allow for simultaneous charging of different battery types and sizes without interference.

4.2 Charging Process

  • Once a battery is inserted, the charger will begin the charging process automatically.
  • The charging current range is 0.1-2.0A for horizontal slots and 0.1-4A for vertical slots.
  • Monitor the charging status via the charger's indicators or through the Polying app.
  • The charger will automatically stop charging when the battery is full.

4.3 App Control and Monitoring

Using the Polying app, you can:

  • View real-time charging parameters for each slot.
  • Adjust charging current settings (if applicable for the battery type).
  • Monitor battery health and status.
  • Perform firmware updates for the charger.

5. Maintenance and Care

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your ISDT C4 AIR charger.

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the charger. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Storage: Store the charger in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Handling: Avoid dropping the charger or subjecting it to strong impacts.
  • Firmware Updates: Regularly check for and apply firmware updates via the Polying app to ensure the charger operates with the latest optimizations and battery compatibility.

6. Troubleshooting
