- Select your desired mode by pressing the control button as described above. The frother will start automatically.
- The frother will automatically shut off when the process is complete (approximately 2 minutes). The indicator light will turn off.

Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your frother.
Cleaning the Frother:
- Always unplug the appliance from the power outlet and allow it to cool down completely before cleaning.
- Remove the whisk from the frother jug.
- Wash the whisk and the inside of the frother jug with warm, soapy water using the provided cleaning brush or a soft sponge. The non-stick coating and scratch-resistant materials make cleaning easier.
- Rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry immediately with a soft cloth.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners, metal scouring pads, or harsh detergents, as these can damage the non-stick coating.
- Wipe the exterior of the frother jug and the power base with a damp cloth. Never immerse the frother jug exterior or the power base in water or any other liquid.
- The frother jug and whisks are not dishwasher safe. Hand wash only.
Storage:
Store the frother in a cool, dry place when not in use. Ensure the whisk is stored inside the jug or in a safe place to prevent loss.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your frother, please refer to the following table for common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Milk not frothing or frothing poorly. | Incorrect whisk used; milk type or temperature; overfilled; whisk not properly installed. | Ensure the spring whisk is used for frothing. Use cold, fresh milk (dairy or plant-based suitable for frothing). Do not exceed the 'MAX FROTH' line. Check whisk is securely seated. |
| Milk not heating. | Incorrect whisk used; frother not powered. | Ensure the non-spring whisk is used for heating. Check power connection. |
| Milk overflows during operation. | Overfilled frother jug. | Do not fill milk above the indicated 'MAX FROTH' or 'MAX HEAT' lines. |
| Frother does not turn on. | No power; frother not properly placed on base. | Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet. Check that the frother jug is correctly seated on the power base. |
| Burning smell or milk sticking to bottom. | Insufficient milk; residue from previous use. | Ensure minimum milk level is met. Clean the frother thoroughly after each use. The auto shut-off feature prevents overheating, but residue can still burn. |
