3. Setup and Installation
3.1 Unpacking

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Burner Operation
- Ensure the main gas supply valve is open.
- Push in and turn the desired burner control knob counter-clockwise to the 'PILOT' position.
- Ignite the pilot light with a match or lighter. Hold the knob in for a few seconds after ignition to allow the thermocouple to heat up.
- Once the pilot is lit, turn the knob further counter-clockwise to the desired flame setting (LOW to HIGH).
- To turn off, turn the knob clockwise to the 'OFF' position.

4.2 Griddle Operation
The 24-inch griddle operates similarly to the burners, with its own independent control knob. Preheat the griddle to the desired temperature before placing food on it. The griddle plate is 3/4" thick for even heat distribution.

4.3 Oven Operation
- Ensure the main gas supply valve is open.
- Push in and turn the oven control knob to the desired temperature setting (250°F to 550°F).
- The oven pilot light will ignite automatically or may require manual ignition depending on the model. Consult the specific oven ignition instructions if manual ignition is needed.
- Allow the oven to preheat to the set temperature before placing food inside.
- To turn off, turn the knob to the 'OFF' position.
