Important Safety Instructions
Failure to follow these safety instructions can result in serious injury or death.
- Carbon Monoxide Hazard: Generators produce carbon monoxide, a colorless, odorless, poisonous gas. Operate the generator ONLY outdoors and far away from windows, doors, and vents. Never operate indoors, in a garage, or in any enclosed space.
- Fire Hazard: Gasoline is highly flammable.
- Refuel in a well-ventilated area with the engine off and cooled.
- Do not smoke or allow flames or sparks near the generator or fuel tank.
- Store fuel in an approved container in a well-ventilated area, away from ignition sources.
- Electrical Shock Hazard:
- Do not operate the generator in wet conditions or expose it to rain.
- Ensure all electrical connections are secure and in good condition.
- Never touch electrical wires or components while the generator is running.
- Hot Surfaces: The generator's engine and muffler become very hot during operation and remain hot for some time after shutdown. Avoid touching hot surfaces to prevent burns.
- Children and Pets: Keep children and pets away from the generator at all times.
- Read the Manual: Always read and understand the entire instruction manual before operating the generator.

Setup Before First Use
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the generator from its packaging. Inspect for any damage during shipping.
- Add Engine Oil:
- Place the generator on a level surface.
- Locate the oil fill cap/dipstick.
- Add the recommended engine oil (e.g., 10W-40, not included) to the crankcase until it reaches the upper mark on the dipstick. Do not overfill.
- Securely replace the oil fill cap.
- Add Fuel:
- Ensure the engine is off and cooled.
- Open the fuel tank cap.
- Fill the 4-liter fuel tank with fresh, unleaded gasoline (ROZ 95 recommended). Do not overfill; leave space for expansion.
- Securely close the fuel tank cap.
- Positioning: Place the generator on a firm, level surface outdoors, away from any combustible materials, buildings, or vents. Ensure adequate ventilation.
Operating Instructions
Starting the Generator
- Ensure the generator is on a level surface and away from any obstructions.
- Turn the fuel valve to the "ON" position.
- Move the choke lever to the "CHOKE" position (if the engine is cold).
- Turn the engine switch to the "ON" position.
- Pull the recoil starter handle slowly until resistance is felt, then pull firmly and quickly. Repeat if necessary until the engine starts.
- Once the engine starts, gradually move the choke lever to the "RUN" position.
Connecting Electrical Devices
- Allow the generator to run for a few minutes to stabilize.
- Plug your electrical devices into the AC (230V) or DC (12V) outlets. For USB charging, use the 5V USB ports.
- Ensure the total wattage of connected devices does not exceed the generator's continuous output (1800W).
- If an overload occurs, the overload indicator light will illuminate, and power output will stop. Disconnect devices, turn off the generator, and restart.
Using Eco-Mode
- The Eco-Mode switch (Figure 2) allows the engine speed to automatically adjust to the electrical load.
- When Eco-Mode is ON, the generator will run at a lower RPM when the load is light, reducing fuel consumption and noise.
- For maximum power output or when starting high-load devices, it is recommended to turn Eco-Mode OFF.
Stopping the Generator
- Disconnect all electrical devices from the generator.
- Turn the engine switch to the "OFF" position.
- Turn the fuel valve to the "OFF" position.
Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and reliable performance of your generator. Always perform maintenance with the engine off and cooled.
| Item | Frequency | Action |
|---|---|---|
| Engine Oil | Check before each use; Change after first 20 hours, then every 50 hours or 6 months | Check level and add if low. Drain old oil and refill with recommended oil. |
| Air Filter | Check every 50 hours or 6 months; Clean more often in dusty conditions | Clean with compressed air or replace if heavily soiled. |
| Spark Plug | Check every 100 hours or annually; Replace if necessary | Inspect for wear and carbon buildup. Clean or replace. Adjust gap if needed. |
| Fuel Filter | Check annually | Inspect for debris. Replace if clogged. |
For detailed maintenance procedures, refer to the specific sections in the full manual or consult a qualified service technician.
