Setup

1. Charging the Device

Operating Instructions

1. Powering On/Off

To power on the device, press the single button on the sensor. The LED light will flash blue rapidly as it searches for your heart rate. Once a heart rate is detected, the blue LED will flash slowly, indicating it is active and connected.

To power off, press and hold the button until the red LED flashes, then release. This indicates the device is shutting down.

2. LED Indicators
