Setup

1. Initial Charge

Before first use, fully charge your Logitech G FITS earbuds and charging case. Connect the USB-C charging cable to the charging case and a power source. The indicator lights on the case will show charging status.

2. LIGHTFORM Custom Fit Process

The LIGHTFORM technology molds the earbud tips to the unique shape of your ears for a secure and comfortable fit. This process takes approximately 60 seconds.

  1. Download and install the Logitech G FITS app on your mobile device.
  2. Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to initiate the molding process.
  3. Insert the earbuds into your ears, ensuring a snug fit.
  4. The app will guide you through the 60-second molding process, during which the earbud tips will gently heat and conform to your ear shape.

3. Connecting via LIGHTSPEED Wireless

For PC, Mac, PS5, and PS4, use the LIGHTSPEED USB-A receiver for a low-latency, high-performance connection.

  1. Plug the LIGHTSPEED USB-A receiver into an available USB port on your device. Use the USB-A to USB-C adapter if needed.
  2. Ensure your earbuds are powered on and in pairing mode (refer to Operating Instructions).
  3. The earbuds should automatically connect to the receiver. An indicator light on the receiver will confirm connection.

4. Connecting via Bluetooth

For mobile devices, Nintendo Switch, and other Bluetooth-enabled devices.

  1. Ensure your earbuds are powered on and in Bluetooth pairing mode.
  2. On your device, navigate to Bluetooth settings and select "Logitech G FITS" from the list of available devices.
  3. Confirm pairing on your device.

5. Logitech G FITS App

The Logitech G FITS app allows you to customize your audio experience, adjust controls, and activate Game Mode Bluetooth for enhanced performance on mobile devices.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off

The earbuds automatically power on when removed from the charging case and power off when placed back in the case and the lid is closed.

Controls

The earbuds feature customizable touch controls for media playback, call management, and other functions. Refer to the Logitech G FITS app to configure your preferred controls.

Audio Modes

Switch between LIGHTSPEED Wireless and Bluetooth connectivity as needed. The earbuds prioritize LIGHTSPEED when the receiver is active. Use the app to activate Game Mode Bluetooth for optimized mobile gaming audio.

Microphone Usage

Each earbud is equipped with dual beamforming microphones for clear voice communication. Ensure the microphones are not obstructed for optimal performance.

Battery Management

The earbuds provide up to 7 hours of listening time on LIGHTSPEED and 10 hours on Bluetooth. The charging case provides an additional 8 hours (LIGHTSPEED) or 12 hours (Bluetooth) of battery life. Place earbuds in the case to charge.

Maintenance

Cleaning

Troubleshooting

No Audio / Connectivity Issues

  • Ensure earbuds are charged and powered on.
  • For LIGHTSPEED, verify the USB receiver is securely plugged in and recognized by your device.
  • For Bluetooth, ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the earbuds are paired. Try unpairing and re-pairing.

  • Restart your device and the earbuds.

Poor Sound Quality
