Typical questions asked about the ash vacuum cleaner and their answers

Figure 5.1: A visual representation of frequently asked questions regarding the product, offering quick solutions to common operational concerns.

Common Issues and Solutions:

Q: Can I handle hot ash?
A: No. You should only handle cold ash below 40°C (104°F).
Q: Suddenly there is no suction power during use, is it broken?
A: First, check if there are particles of carbon blocking the tube. Clean the tube. Second, check if the filter is blocked. Clean the filter as described in the Maintenance section.
Q: Suddenly stopped working the first time I used it?
A: Our ash vacuum has an overheating protection function. If the ash temperature is too high or the motor overheats, it will automatically stop working. Unplug the unit and wait for it to cool down before restarting. We suggest absorption of cold ash below 40°C (104°F).
Q: Does the filter need to be replaced and how long can it be used?
A: The filter does not need to be replaced; it only needs to be cleaned regularly and can be used continuously.
