Setup and First Use
Unboxing and Placement:
- Carefully remove the ice maker from its packaging.
- Place the unit on a stable, level surface. Ensure there is at least 6 inches of clearance around the unit for proper ventilation.
- Wipe down the exterior with a soft, damp cloth.
Initial Cleaning:
- Before first use, clean the interior of the ice maker.
- Fill the water reservoir with clean water up to the MAX line.
- Press and hold the 'Clean' button for 3 seconds to activate the self-cleaning cycle.
- Once the cycle is complete, drain the water using the drain plug located at the back of the unit.
- Repeat the cleaning process with fresh water if desired.

Operating Instructions
Making Ice:
- Ensure the drain plug is securely closed.
- Open the top lid and fill the water reservoir with potable water up to the MAX fill line. Do not overfill.
- Close the lid and plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
- Press the 'On/Off' button to start the ice making process. The snowflake indicator will light up.
- The first batch of ice will be ready in approximately 5-10 minutes. Subsequent batches will be faster.
- When the 'Ice Full' indicator lights up, the ice basket is full. The machine will pause ice production until some ice is removed.
- When the 'Add Water' indicator lights up, the water reservoir is low. Add more water to continue ice production.

Maintenance
Self-Cleaning Function:
The ice maker features a convenient self-cleaning function to maintain hygiene and performance.
- Ensure the ice basket is empty.
- Fill the water reservoir with clean water and a small amount of mild detergent (e.g., vinegar or citric acid solution).
- Press and hold the 'Clean' button for approximately 3 seconds to start the self-cleaning cycle.
- The cleaning cycle will run for several minutes. Once complete, drain the cleaning solution from the unit.
- Rinse the reservoir thoroughly with fresh water and run another self-cleaning cycle with only clean water to remove any detergent residue. Drain again.
Draining Water:
To drain water from the unit:
- Locate the drain plug at the back of the ice maker.
- Place a container under the drain plug.
- Remove the drain plug to allow water to flow out.
- Once all water has drained, securely close the drain plug.
Regular Cleaning:
- Wipe the exterior of the ice maker with a soft, damp cloth regularly.
- Clean the ice basket and scoop with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry before returning to the unit.
- For optimal performance, perform the self-cleaning cycle at least once a week or as needed based on usage.
