1. Introduction

This user manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation of your Powkey 200W Portable Power Station. This power station is designed to provide reliable power for various electronic devices during outdoor activities, emergencies, or as a backup power source at home.

3. Safety Instructions

To ensure safe operation, please observe the following precautions:

• Do not disassemble, repair, or modify the unit.
• Keep the power station away from fire, heat sources, and direct sunlight.
• Do not use or store the unit in a bathroom or in areas exposed to rain or moisture.
• Do not use the unit if it has been damaged or modified.
• Keep out of reach of children and pets.
• Ensure the total wattage of connected devices does not exceed 200W. Overloading will trigger protection and shut down AC output.
• Do not use the unit with devices that require more than 200W, such as electrical tools, heaters, or microwaves.
• Use only the provided or approved charging cables and adapters.
• Store the unit in a cool, dry place when not in use.

4. Setup

4.1 Initial Charge

Before first use, fully charge the power station. This ensures optimal battery performance and longevity. Use the included AC power adapter to charge the unit from a wall outlet. The LCD display will show the charging progress.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Turning On/Off

Press and hold the main power button (usually located near the display) for a few seconds to turn the unit on or off. The LCD display will illuminate when the unit is active.

5.2 Using AC Output

To use the AC outlet, press the AC power button. The AC icon on the LCD display will light up. Plug your device into the AC outlet. Ensure your device's power consumption is within the 200W limit. Press the AC power button again to turn off the AC output when not in use.

5.3 Using USB and DC Outputs

The USB and DC outputs are typically active once the main unit is powered on. Simply plug your USB or DC-compatible devices into the respective ports. The LCD display will show the power consumption for these outputs.

6. Charging Methods

Your Powkey Portable Power Station offers three convenient ways to recharge:

6.1 Wall Outlet Charging

Connect the included AC power adapter to the DC input port on the power station and plug the adapter into a standard wall outlet. Charging time is approximately 4-5 hours.

6.2 Car Charging

Use the included car charging cable to connect the power station to your vehicle's 12V cigarette lighter socket. Charging time is approximately 4-5 hours.

6.3 Solar Panel Charging (Solar Panel Not Included)

The power station can be recharged using a compatible solar panel (15V-24V/2.6A). Connect the solar panel to the DC input port. Charging time varies depending on sunlight intensity and solar panel wattage (e.g., 5-8 hours with a 40W solar panel in full sun).

7. LED Flashlight Operation

The power station features a built-in LED flashlight with multiple modes:

• Press the flashlight button once to turn on the steady light mode.
• Press the button again to switch to blink mode.
• Press the button a third time to activate SOS mode.
• Press the button a fourth time to turn the flashlight off.

8. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Use a dry, soft cloth to wipe the surface of the unit. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Storage: If storing for an extended period, charge the unit to approximately 50-80% every 3-6 months to maintain battery health. Store in a cool, dry environment, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Battery Life: The lithium-ion battery has a limited number of charge cycles. Over time, the capacity may decrease.
