3. Setup
3.1 Setting Time and Date

4.1 Tide Tracker
The tide tracker counts down to high or low tide. To set the tide tracker:

- Identify the time of the next high or low tide.
- Press the designated tide pusher (refer to your watch's specific button layout, often marked or color-coded).
