2. Setup Guide
2.1 Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge your G-TiDE Smartwatch R1. Connect the magnetic charging cable to the charging points on the back of the watch and plug the USB end into a standard USB power adapter (not included). A full charge typically takes approximately 2 hours.
2.2 App Installation and Pairing
- Download the App: Search for and download the "GT FIT Pro" application from your smartphone's app store (Google Play Store for Android or Apple App Store for iOS).
- Enable Bluetooth: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.
- Open App and Pair: Open the "GT FIT Pro" app, navigate to the device section, and follow the on-screen instructions to search for and connect to your G-TiDE R1 smartwatch. The watch uses BLE5.2 + BLE Dual Audio mode for stable connectivity.
- Grant Permissions: Allow necessary permissions requested by the app for full functionality, such as notification access and location services.

3. Operating Instructions
3.1 Call Functionality and Smart Notifications
Once paired, the G-TiDE R1 allows you to make and receive calls directly from your wrist. The watch can synchronize your contacts and call history for convenience. You will also receive notifications from various applications such as Facebook and WhatsApp directly on your smartwatch display.

3.2 Activity Tracking and Sports Modes

4. Maintenance
4.1 Battery Life and Charging
The G-TiDE R1 is equipped with a 300mAh battery. A single 2-hour charge provides approximately 10 days of typical usage and up to 30 days of standby time. For optimal battery longevity, avoid extreme temperatures during charging and storage.

4.2 Water Resistance (IP68)
The smartwatch is IP68 waterproof, meaning it is resistant to dust and can withstand immersion in water up to 1.5 meters for 30 minutes. It is suitable for daily use, hand washing, and light rain. Note: It is not applicable for diving activities at depths greater than 10 meters. After use in seawater, rinse the watch with fresh water and dry it thoroughly to prevent corrosion.

- Try restarting both your phone and the smartwatch.
- Ensure the watch is not already connected to another device.
- Notifications not received:
- Check app permissions on your phone to ensure "GT FIT Pro" has access to notifications.
- Verify that notifications are enabled within the "GT FIT Pro" app settings for specific applications.
- Ensure the watch is within Bluetooth range of your phone.
- Inaccurate health data:
- Ensure the watch is worn snugly on your wrist, but not too tight.
- Clean the sensor on the back of the watch regularly.
- Environmental factors and individual physiology can affect readings.
