- Pizza Pan: Specifically designed for baking pizzas to achieve an even crust.
- Baking Rack: Use for toasting bread, bagels, or for items that require air circulation.

Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your oven.
Before Cleaning
- Always unplug the oven from the power outlet.
- Allow the oven to cool completely before cleaning any part of it.
Exterior Cleaning
- Wipe the exterior surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as they may scratch the finish.
- Ensure no water enters the control panel or electrical components.
Interior Cleaning
- Detachable Crumb Tray: Pull out the crumb tray from the bottom of the oven. Empty crumbs and wash the tray in warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly before reinserting.
- Oven Interior: Wipe the interior walls with a damp cloth and mild detergent. For stubborn stains, a non-abrasive oven cleaner designed for toaster ovens can be used, following the product instructions.
- Accessories: Wash the baking tray, pizza pan, and baking rack in warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry completely.
Descaling (for Steam Function)
Over time, mineral deposits from water may accumulate in the steam reservoir. Descale regularly to maintain steam performance.
- Mix a solution of equal parts white vinegar and water.
- Pour the solution into the water refill cap until the reservoir is full.
- Run the oven on a steam cycle (e.g., 15-20 minutes at a moderate temperature) without food.
- After the cycle, unplug the oven and allow it to cool.
- Empty any remaining solution and rinse the reservoir by adding and draining clean water a few times.
- Wipe the interior of the oven to remove any residue.
Troubleshooting
Before contacting customer support, please refer to the following common issues and solutions.
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
