Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the microwave oven and all packing materials from the carton. Check for any damage.
- Placement: Place the microwave on a flat, stable surface. Ensure there is adequate ventilation space around the unit (at least 10 cm at the back and sides, 20 cm above). Do not block air vents.
- Turntable Installation: Place the turntable ring inside the microwave cavity, then place the glass turntable plate securely on top of the ring. Ensure it rotates freely.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. Ensure the voltage matches the appliance's requirements (2.3E+2 Volts).

Operating Instructions
The Severin MW 7772 microwave oven is operated using two mechanical rotary knobs: one for power level and one for cooking time.

Setting Power Level
The microwave offers 5 power levels, ranging from 150W to 900W. Rotate the top knob to select the desired power level:
- 150W: Low power, suitable for keeping food warm.
- 300W: Medium-low power, ideal for simmering or softening.
- 500W: Medium power, for general reheating.
- 700W: Medium-high power, for faster cooking.
- 900W: High power, for quick heating and boiling.
Setting Cooking Time
Rotate the bottom knob to set the cooking time, up to a maximum of 35 minutes. The timer will count down and emit a sound signal when cooking is complete.
Defrosting Function
The bottom knob also includes a defrost setting, adjustable by time or weight. For defrosting, select the appropriate weight or time on the defrost scale. The microwave will automatically adjust power for optimal defrosting.

Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and efficient operation of your microwave oven.
- Interior Cleaning: After each use, wipe the interior with a damp cloth to remove food splatters. For stubborn stains, use a mild detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners or metal brushes.
- Turntable Cleaning: The removable glass turntable can be washed by hand with warm soapy water or placed in a dishwasher.
- Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid getting water into the ventilation openings.
- Odor Removal: To remove odors, place a bowl of water with lemon slices or vinegar inside the microwave and heat on high for 5-10 minutes.
