Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps to assemble your pressure washer:

1. Attach the Garden Hose Adapter: Screw the provided adapter onto the water inlet connection at the base of the pressure washer unit. Ensure it is hand-tight to prevent leaks.
2. Connect Water Supply: Attach your garden hose to the adapter. The unit can draw water from a container if a tap is not available.
3. Assemble the Spray Gun and Wand: Insert the wand into the spray gun handle. Push it in firmly until it clicks into place, then twist to secure.
4. Connect High-Pressure Hose: Attach one end of the high-pressure hose to the outlet on the pressure washer unit and the other end to the spray gun. Tighten securely.
5. Select a Nozzle: Choose the appropriate quick-connect nozzle for your task (see Operating Instructions for details). Pull back the collar on the spray gun, insert the nozzle, and release the collar to lock it in place.

Operating Instructions

Before starting, ensure all connections are secure and the water supply is turned on. Plug the unit into a grounded electrical outlet.

Nozzle Selection Guide:

• 0° (Red Tip): Delivers a super high-pressure, pinpoint stream for dissolving stubborn substances on hard surfaces like concrete and brick. Use with extreme caution.
• 15° (Yellow Tip): Provides a high-pressure, narrow fan spray for concrete, brick, and other hard surfaces. Ideal for concentrated cleaning.
• 25° (Green Tip): Offers a medium-pressure, wider fan spray suitable for wood decks, vinyl siding, and general cleaning of softer surfaces.
• 40° (White Tip): Produces a low-pressure, wide fan spray for delicate surfaces such as windows, screens, and vehicles. Also used for applying detergents.

Using the Foam Cannon:

The included foam cannon allows for direct application of cleaning solutions without passing them through the pump, extending pump life. This enables the use of various chemicals like bleach or vinegar.

1. Fill the foam cannon reservoir with your desired cleaning solution.
2. Attach the foam cannon to the spray gun in place of a nozzle.
3. Activate the pressure washer and spray the foam onto the desired surface.
4. Allow the foam to dwell for the recommended time, then rinse with a suitable nozzle.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your pressure washer.

• After Each Use:
  • Turn off the pressure washer and disconnect the water supply.
  • Squeeze the spray gun trigger to release any remaining pressure.
  • Drain all water from the pump and hoses to prevent freezing damage.
  • Clean the nozzles and filter screen.
• Storage: Store the unit in a dry, frost-free environment.
• Pump Care: The N-COR pump is durable, non-corrosive, and maintenance-free.
