1.1 What's in the Box
Verify that all components are present:

1.2 Charging the Headset
Before first use, fully charge the headset using the included USB-C charging cable. Connect the USB-C end to the headset's charging port and the USB-A end to a powered USB port (e.g., console, PC, wall adapter).
A full charge provides up to 130 hours of continuous use via Bluetooth or up to 72 hours in Game Mode (2.4GHz wireless).

1.3 Connecting via Wireless USB Adapter (Game Mode)
The Wireless USB Adapter provides a low-latency, interference-free connection for gaming.
- Locate the Wireless USB Adapter. It has a switch labeled 'PC' and 'XBOX'.
- Set the switch on the adapter to the appropriate platform (XBOX for Xbox consoles, PC for Windows computers).
- Plug the Wireless USB Adapter into an available USB port on your Xbox console or PC.
- Power on your LS100X headset. The headset and adapter will automatically pair. A solid LED on both indicates a successful connection.

1.4 Connecting via Bluetooth
The LS100X can connect to compatible devices (e.g., mobile phones, tablets, Nintendo Switch) via Bluetooth 5.2.
- With the headset powered off, press and hold the power button until the LED indicator flashes rapidly, indicating pairing mode.
- On your device, go to Bluetooth settings and select "LS100X" from the list of available devices.
- Once connected, the headset's LED will show a solid blue light.
1.5 Attaching the Boom Mic
The headset features a detachable boom microphone for clear communication during gaming.
- To attach: Align the boom mic connector with the port on the left earcup and push firmly until it clicks into place.
- To detach: Gently pull the boom mic straight out from the port. When the boom mic is detached, the built-in backup mic automatically activates.
- Use the included microphone port cover to protect the port when the boom mic is not in use.

2. Operating the Headset
2.1 Controls Overview
The LS100X features intuitive on-earcup controls for quick adjustments without interrupting your game.

2.2 Power On/Off
- To power on: Press and hold the power button (located on the left earcup) for 2 seconds.
- To power off: Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds.
2.3 Volume Control
- Headset Volume: Rotate the outer ring on the right earcup to adjust the overall headset volume.
- Game/Chat Balance: Rotate the outer ring on the left earcup to adjust the balance between game audio and chat audio.
2.4 Microphone Usage
- Mute/Unmute: Press the center of the left earcup to mute or unmute the microphone. The LED on the boom mic will illuminate when muted.
- Dual-Mic System: When the boom mic is attached, it is the primary microphone. When detached, the built-in backup mic automatically activates.
2.5 Mic Monitoring
Mic monitoring allows you to hear your own voice in the headset, preventing you from speaking too loudly.
- To enable/disable: Press and hold the center of the right earcup for 3 seconds.
2.6 EQ Modes
The LS100X offers three equalizer (EQ) modes to optimize your audio experience:
- Signature: Balanced audio profile.
- Bass Boost: Enhanced low-frequency sounds.
- FPS: Optimized for footsteps and in-game audio cues.
To cycle through EQ modes, press the EQ button (located on the right earcup).
2.7 Voice Prompts
The headset provides audio cues for various functions, including battery level, current mode, and other commands.
2.8 Spatial Sound
The LS100X is compatible with Windows Sonic for spatial sound, enhancing positional awareness in games. Ensure Windows Sonic is enabled in your console or PC audio settings.
3. Maintenance
3.1 Cleaning
- Wipe the headset with a soft, dry cloth.
- Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Ensure all ports are dry before charging or connecting accessories.
3.2 Storage
- Store the headset in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Avoid placing heavy objects on the headset.
- If storing for an extended period, ensure the battery is partially charged (around 50%) to preserve battery health.
3.3 Battery Care
- Avoid fully discharging the battery frequently.
- Charge the headset regularly, even if not in constant use.
- Do not expose the battery to extreme temperatures.
4. Troubleshooting
4.1 No Audio
- Ensure the headset is powered on and properly connected (either via USB adapter or Bluetooth).
- Check the headset's volume controls and ensure they are not muted or set too low.
- Verify that the correct audio output device is selected on your console or PC.
- If using the USB adapter, ensure the PC/XBOX switch is set correctly.
4.2 Microphone Issues
- Ensure the boom mic is securely attached, or if detached, that the built-in mic is active.
- Check that the microphone is not muted (LED on boom mic should be off when unmuted).
- Verify microphone input settings on your console or PC.
- If mic monitoring is enabled, ensure it is not causing feedback issues.
4.3 Connectivity Problems
- Wireless USB Adapter: Try unplugging and re-plugging the adapter. Ensure the PC/XBOX switch is in the correct position. Re-pair the headset by powering it off, then holding the power button until it enters pairing mode, and ensure the adapter is also in pairing mode (if applicable, refer to adapter instructions).
- Bluetooth: Forget the device on your Bluetooth settings and attempt to re-pair. Ensure the headset is in Bluetooth pairing mode.
- Move closer to the adapter or Bluetooth device to rule out range issues.
4.4 Battery Not Charging
- Ensure the USB-C charging cable is securely connected to both the headset and the power source.
- Try a different USB-C cable or a different USB power source.
- Verify that the charging port on the headset is clean and free of debris.
