- Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into the wall outlet. To disconnect, turn any control to "off", then remove plug from wall outlet.
- A fire may occur if the appliance is covered or touching flammable material, including curtains, drapes, walls, and the like, when in operation.
- Do not place any non-food items in the oven.
- Do not place paper, cardboard, plastic, or similar materials in the oven.

2.1. Included Components

2.2. Control Panel
The control panel features a digital display, function buttons, and a rotary dial for setting time and temperature.
- Digital Display: Shows current temperature, time, and selected function icons.
- Function Buttons: Dedicated buttons for Pre-heat, Air Fry, and Oven functions.
- Rotary Dial: Used to adjust time, temperature, and navigate through pre-programmed settings.
- Power/Pause Button: To turn the appliance on/off or pause/resume cooking.
3. Setup
3.1. Unpacking
- Carefully remove the appliance and all accessories from the packaging.
- Remove any protective film or stickers from the appliance.
- Retain the packaging for future storage or transport.
3.2. Placement
- Place the appliance on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface.
- Ensure there is at least 10-15 cm (4-6 inches) of clear space on all sides (back, sides, and top) to allow for proper air circulation and heat dissipation. The appliance heats up on the sides during operation.
- Do not place the appliance near flammable materials such as curtains or drapes.
- Ensure the power cord is not pinched or touching hot surfaces.
3.3. Initial Cleaning
- Before first use, wipe the exterior of the appliance with a damp cloth.
- Wash all accessories (air fry basket, baking tray, crumb tray, hook grabber) with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
- Ensure the crumb tray is properly inserted at the bottom of the oven cavity.
3.4. First Use (Burn-off)
- It is normal for a slight odor and some smoke to be emitted during the first use, as manufacturing oils burn off. This is temporary and harmless.
- To minimize this, operate the empty appliance for approximately 15-20 minutes at 200°C (390°F) in a well-ventilated area.
- After this initial burn-off, the appliance is ready for use.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1. General Operation
- Plug the appliance into a 220V power outlet. The display will illuminate.
- Press the Power/Pause button to turn the appliance on.
- Select your desired cooking function (e.g., Air Fry, Oven) using the dedicated buttons or by rotating the dial to cycle through pre-programmed options.
- Adjust the temperature and time using the rotary dial. The display will show the selected settings.
- Press the Power/Pause button again to start cooking.
- The appliance will typically preheat first. A sound signal will indicate when preheating is complete and it's time to add food.
- During cooking, you can pause the process by pressing the Power/Pause button. Press again to resume.
- A sound signal will indicate when cooking is complete. The appliance will automatically turn off.
- Always use the hook grabber and thermal glove when removing hot food and accessories.
4.2. Manual Functions
- Air Fry: Ideal for crispy results with little to no oil. The internal fan circulates hot air rapidly. Use the air fry basket.
- Oven (Bake): For traditional baking and roasting. Use the baking tray or a suitable oven-safe dish.
- Reheat: Gently warms food without drying it out, using lower temperatures for a short period.
- Grill: Uses higher heat from the top element for browning and crisping.
- Toast: Similar to a toaster, for bread and pastries.
- Dehydrate: Uses low, consistent heat to remove moisture from foods like fruits and vegetables.
- Defrost: Thaws frozen food at a low operating temperature.
- Keep Warm (Estufa): Creates a warm environment to keep food warm or for dough fermentation.
- Turbo Convection: Activates the internal fan for even heat distribution, ensuring consistent cooking results.
4.3. Pre-programmed Functions
The appliance comes with 11 pre-programmed functions for common dishes. Simply select the desired program, and the oven will set the optimal time and temperature.

5. Cleaning and Maintenance
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your appliance.
5.1. General Cleaning
- Always unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
- For the interior, wipe down with a damp cloth and mild soap. For stubborn stains, a non-abrasive cleaner designed for oven interiors can be used. Ensure to wipe away all cleaner residue.
- The glass door can be cleaned with a glass cleaner.
5.2. Cleaning Accessories
- Air Fry Basket, Baking Tray, Crumb Tray: These can be washed in warm, soapy water. For baked-on food, soak them before cleaning. A brush may be helpful for the air fry basket.
- Hook Grabber: Wash with warm, soapy water.
- All accessories should be thoroughly rinsed and dried before storing or re-using.
5.3. Storage
- Ensure the appliance is clean and dry before storing.
- Store the appliance in a cool, dry place.
- Do not wrap the power cord tightly around the appliance.
6. Troubleshooting
