5. Setup and Installation
These LED shop lights offer versatile installation options, including surface mounting and suspension mounting. Choose the method best suited for your application.
5.1. Surface Mount Installation
- Identify the desired mounting location. Mark the positions for the mounting screws, ensuring they align with the keyholes on the back of the fixture. The fixture dimensions are 46.85 inches in length.
- Drill pilot holes at the marked locations. If mounting into drywall, insert the plastic anchors.
- Screw the mounting screws into the pilot holes, leaving a small gap between the screw head and the surface.
- Align the keyholes on the back of the fixture with the screw heads and slide the fixture into place. Tighten the screws to secure the fixture.
5.2. Suspension Mount Installation
- Determine the desired hanging height and location.
- Screw the ceiling hooks into a sturdy ceiling joist or appropriate anchor points.
- Attach the hanging chains to the ceiling hooks and to the mounting points on the top of the light fixture.
- Adjust the chain length to achieve the desired height and level the fixture.

5.3. Daisy-Chain Linkability
These lights are designed for daisy-chain linking, allowing you to connect up to 4 lights seamlessly from a single power source. This feature helps in reducing wiring complexity and saving energy.
- Connect the power cord of the first light to a standard 120V outlet.
- Use the included linkable connectors to connect the output end of the first light to the input end of the second light.
- Repeat this process for up to 4 lights in a single chain.
- Ensure all connections are secure before powering on.

6. Operating Instructions
Operating your BBOUNDER LED shop lights is straightforward:
- Power On/Off: Once installed and connected to a power outlet, use the in-line switch on the power cord to turn the lights on or off.
- Brightness: The lights provide 4400 lumens of 6500K cool daylight illumination, ideal for workshops, garages, and other utility areas.
- Non-Dimmable: These fixtures are not designed for use with dimmer switches. Connecting them to a dimmer may cause damage or malfunction.

7. Maintenance
The BBOUNDER LED shop lights are designed for long-lasting performance with minimal maintenance.
- Cleaning: Ensure the fixture is turned off and unplugged before cleaning. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe down the surface. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as they may damage the finish or polycarbonate material.
- Durability: The unique "D" shaped tube design enhances durability, reducing issues like bending tubes, dark spots, and premature failure often seen in conventional tubes.
- No Bulb Replacement: As integrated LED fixtures, there are no bulbs to replace. The entire unit is designed for a long operational life of approximately 50,000 hours.

8. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your BBOUNDER LED shop lights, refer to the following table for common problems and solutions:
