Operating Instructions
1. Data Transfer Mode (Connected to PC)
Once connected to your computer and powered on, the inserted hard drives will appear as removable storage devices. You can then drag and drop files, copy, or move data between your computer and the drives, or between the two drives in the docking station.
- The docking station supports USB 3.2 Gen2 with UASP, providing data transfer speeds up to 6Gbps for SATA drives and up to 10Gbps for the USB interface.
- Compatible with Windows XP/Vista/7/8/8.1/10 and Mac OS 10 or higher.

2. Offline Clone Function
The docking station can clone a source drive to a target drive without being connected to a computer. This is useful for creating exact duplicates of hard drives.
Important Considerations Before Cloning:
- Data Backup: All data on the target hard drive will be overwritten during the cloning process. Ensure you have backed up any important data from the target drive before proceeding.
- Target Drive Size: The target drive's capacity must be equal to or larger than the source drive's capacity.
Steps for Offline Cloning:
- Ensure the docking station is disconnected from your computer.
- Insert the Source Drive (Disk A) into the "Source" bay (usually the bay labeled 'A' or the first bay).
- Insert the Target Drive (Disk B) into the "Target" bay (usually the bay labeled 'B' or the second bay).
- Ensure both drives are properly seated.
- Power on the docking station.
- Press and hold the "Clone" button (often labeled "CLONE" or with a duplicate icon) for approximately 3-5 seconds until the clone progress indicator lights begin to flash.
- Release the button. The cloning process will begin. The LED indicators will show the cloning progress (e.g., 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%).
- Once all progress indicator lights are solid (100%), the cloning process is complete. Power off the docking station before removing the drives.

3. RGB Lighting Control
The docking station features 14 RGB lighting effects. Use the dedicated "RGB" button on the device to cycle through the different lighting modes or to turn the lighting off.

4. Intelligent Sleep Mode
To conserve energy and prolong the lifespan of your hard drives, the docking station will automatically enter sleep mode after 10 minutes of inactivity. The LED indicators will reflect this status. The device will wake up automatically upon activity.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior of the docking station. Do not use liquid cleaners or solvents.
- Dust Protection: The dust-proof baffles help keep the drive bays clean. Ensure they are properly closed when no drives are inserted.
- Ventilation: Ensure the docking station is placed in a well-ventilated area to facilitate heat dissipation. Avoid blocking the ventilation openings.
- Handling: Handle the docking station and hard drives with care to prevent physical damage.

Troubleshooting
- Drives not recognized by computer:
- Ensure the power adapter is securely connected and the docking station is powered on.
- Verify the USB data cable is firmly connected to both the docking station and your computer. Try a different USB port.
- Check if the hard drives are properly seated in the bays.
- For new drives, they may need to be initialized and formatted in your computer's Disk Management (Windows) or Disk Utility (Mac) before they appear.
- Test with a different hard drive to rule out drive issues.
- Offline cloning fails or does not start:
- Ensure the docking station is disconnected from the computer during the cloning process.
- Verify the target drive's capacity is equal to or larger than the source drive's capacity.
- Ensure both drives are securely inserted.
- Press and hold the clone button for the required duration (3-5 seconds) until the progress lights activate.
- Slow data transfer speeds:
- Ensure you are connected to a USB 3.0/3.2 port on your computer. Connecting to a USB 2.0 port will result in slower speeds.
- Verify the USB cable used is the original or a high-quality USB 3.2 Gen2 cable.
- The actual speed can be affected by the performance of your hard drives and your computer system.
- RGB lighting not working:
- Ensure the docking station is powered on.
- Press the "RGB" button to cycle through modes or turn the lighting on/off.
- If the issue persists, power cycle the device (unplug and replug the power adapter).
