The charging indicator light will show the charging status. A full charge typically takes approximately 4.5 hours and provides up to 10 hours of continuous use.

4.2 Battery Information

The Taclight Max uses an integrated 1,500 mAh/3.7 V high-efficiency Li-ion rechargeable battery. This battery is designed for long life and does not require replacement under normal use. Avoid attempting to remove or replace the battery yourself.

5.2 Changing Lighting Modes

With the flashlight on, press the power button repeatedly to cycle through the five available lighting modes:

  1. 100% Full Brightness: Maximum light output (500 Lumens).

6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning

To clean the flashlight, wipe it with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as these may damage the finish or internal components. Ensure the charging port cover is securely closed before cleaning or exposing to water.

6.2 Storage

Store the flashlight in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. If storing for an extended period, charge the battery every 3-6 months to maintain its health and prolong its lifespan.

6.3 Battery Care

While the battery is designed for longevity, proper care can extend its life. Avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Recharge the flashlight when the light output becomes noticeably dim. Do not expose the battery to fire or extreme heat.

7. Troubleshooting

  • Flashlight does not turn on: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the flashlight to a power source using the USB cable and allow it to charge for at least 30 minutes before attempting to turn it on again.
  • Light is dim or flickers: This indicates a low battery. Recharge the flashlight fully.
  • Charging port seems loose or damaged: Discontinue use and contact customer support for assistance. Do not attempt to repair it yourself.
  • Flashlight gets warm during use: It is normal for the flashlight to generate some heat during prolonged use, especially on higher brightness settings. If it becomes excessively hot, turn it off and allow it to cool down.
